Fill out my form to help me get to know you better! It also helps me connect you to my other friends.

• short version - helps me avoid forgetting that you exist and how to stay in touch when life gets stressful
• long version - also helps me understand and bond with you. This should be the default choice.
• longer version - this has all the questions I think are worth asking different people and writing down their answers- it's basically an onboarding interview turned into a form.

Reminder: All non-name, unconditional questions on all forms are optional. The version you choose just affects which questions you see.

Privacy policy: I may share your responses with a handful of people so they know who to reach out to for the purpose of organizing and connecting people.

N.B. While I encourage everyone from strangers to existing friends to fill this out, this is not an application for friendship. If you'd like to befriend me, please email me explaining who you are, why you want to be friends, and why you think it might be enjoyable. I've made two friends receiving emails like this, and I also cold-email other people looking for friendship.
